Ladakh, the region of Jammu and Kashmir, is a place that

trekking during the month of June to October. The trekking
starts from Zanskar River to Chilling through Konze La,
while Dung Dung La is another most beautiful and popular
trekking route here. The steep peaks like Kangyaze Peak
(6400 meters) and Stok Kangri Peak (6121 meters) will
welcome the mountain climbers for the challenging sport.
However, you need to take prior permission from Indian
Mountaineering Federation before climbing the peaks. In
between July and September, you can also try white water
rafting in Zanskar and Indus rivers. There is a list of
adventure activities and adventure camps in Ladakh, where
you can try camel safaris on the sand dunes. Polo and
archery, the traditional sports of Ladakh will also
